2020-2021 School Year Starts

The 2020-2021 school year is upon us! Staff reported back to work today and students will begin remote learning on Monday, August 24th.
This will be a different kind of year, but student learning as well as safety are top on our list of priorities! If you have not had a chance to read the Caregiver Guidebook, I highly recommend that you do. You can find it on the District website on the Remote Learning page. Click on the words "Remote Learning" to go directly to the correct page. There will be additional resources added to this page as the year progresses.
We are working on our schedule for meal distribution. It will be available by the end of this week as we will start meal distribution on Monday, August 24th. Times and locations will be provided this week.
I know there will be challenges along the way while doing remote learning. Please know that we are trying to provide as many resources as possible to assist during this time.
If you are struggling with something specific to your school site, please email the school's remote learning email address which can be found on the "Remote Learning" page for each school site. Use the dropdown menu to go to the school's remote learning page and you will find the email address there.
If we all focus on what we can do rather than what we cannot, then we can make a difference and accomplish what is needed for our students to learn and be safe!
