A Message from Principal
Consuelo Ramirez
Welcome to the Thomas Jefferson learning community! The staff at Jefferson serve approximately 500 students in Kindergarten – 5th grade. Jefferson is a warm, inviting environment where diverse learners come together to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
As you walk through our school, you will see energized, dynamic teachers and students who are engaged in learning. Our staff and dedicated PTO have a long history of working together to foster a school climate that is data-driven and student-focused. We offer many opportunities for our students to thrive, including general education, bilingual education, fine arts, and practical arts programming. The Jefferson teachers and support staff are dedicated to their belief that all children can learn. They have committed themselves to working together to ensure that every child is successful. We invite you to visit and experience the learning, growing, caring, and fun that occur every day at Jefferson!
I believe that our job is to make every day the best day for every child. I believe that we encourage children to reach their greatest potential by capturing their hearts and minds. I believe that we are partners in education and I am looking forward to working with you this year. If I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. My door is always open and I am honored to serve as your principal.
